The biggest impediment to this new user is the poor legibility. The fonts are small and not dense, poor color choices hence low contrast. Menus not intuitive. Seems worthwhile behavioral activation tool to replace defunct Woebot.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks, and it’s been really helpful for my mood. The idea behind it makes so much sense, that scheduling activities that align with important life areas will get you going and feel more fulfilled. It’s got a great activity scheduler and the reminders keep me on track and it doesn’t feel overly clunky like some other apps I’ve used.
