I simply hate this app. Living in libya, I cannot authenticate my phone because it tells me it has sent an authentication sms but it never reached my phone. And when I click send me another sms. This is ridiculous!! You need to add an authentication by email. SMS does not work!!!Please do a better job and make a better app that is user friendly. This app is a nightmare for people living abroad. We need to be able to access our accounts. Security could be done differently. Phone numbers are not the only secure way. This is nonsense

This Application is very helpful because I can send money to my family or other relatives. It makes my life easier 👌🏻

I’ve Been trying to set up this app since almost 4 months now between going back and forth to the bank calling the representative and emailing the customer relations department no body is able to help. Being abroad it is so frustrating not being have any access or view on my banking account. in the meanwhile the bank is taking exorbitant fees and not doing their job as it should be . I’ve been more than 20 years with the BIAT everything was working seamlessly when we had access to our accounts through the website . I don’t know who are they using as a developer but they are putting the last nail to their coffin…
