Brother Mobile Connect

I’ve never had luck with this app or the brother printer itself that I bought new. Every time I need to print from mobile I am unable to troubleshoot. The app also constantly has to reload and I can’t look at the settings without waiting for the loading button for at least 15 seconds between each action.

Not everyone is tech savvy, or possesses the stamina, patient and eyesight to read all the fine print. This was recommended by a friend whose husband set it up for her. It has an annoying extra step to save an item to drive before printing it. I was able to print a google doc., after sending it to drive with the help of the friend who suggested I buy it, though I may return it for a user friendly model like my previous one with less fancy bells and whistles, where I can just press print. I do not even know if I can print from FB, the main reason I bought it, so I can save copies of my writing, in case ipad goes the way of all tech, often sooner rather than the preferred later. This is the second time today I have had to change a five star review to a one star. My friend does not have an ipad. I wonder if I can print from the phone? My husband works in IT. You know the shoemakers’ children have no shoes.
