Through the Orthoplex Mobile app, Patient and Providers can work directly together to secure their health information is current, accurate and accessible. Real time and integrated information allows Patient and Providers to provide the best possible care on their mobile devices.

You must first be granted access by your health care organization to use their online portal. Once you have an account, simply sign into Orthoplex Mobile with your Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics username and password.
