User Reviews

Reviewers praise LiteBoxer for fun, engaging in‑home workouts, strong trainers, diverse content, weekly new classes, motivating music, and improved app feel. However, frequent crashes, poor data tracking, a costly subscription model, limited discovery features, and some hardware fit/issues significantly hinder usability for many users.
Pros
  • Fun and engaging workouts that feel like learning a skill rather than a dull routine
  • Professional trainers and a wide variety of workouts, with new classes added weekly
  • Great at‑home workout with motivating music and strong integration with LiteBoxer hardware
  • App updates deliver a more premium, responsive experience and a 'pro' feel
  • Solid mix of cardio and bodyweight training with a high‑tech and old‑school vibe
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and performance instability; cannot resume a workout after a crash
  • Lack of basic data tracking (calories burned, daily/weekly progress, scores) and easy access to stats
  • Mandatory subscription pricing; users feel there isn’t enough usable content for the cost
  • Missing search/filter/sort features for workouts; limited discovery and basic UI functionality
  • Hardware/pad issues, including punch registration problems after updates and limited fit for taller users

Would love for there to be a way to track calories burned per workout. Other than that the app is ok.

There was a new update that needed to be completed before I started using my boxer today (6/27). Now the left side punch spots aren’t registering the punches the same way they were. I have to hit it perfectly in the center and even then so of them aren’t counting. It’s extremely frustrating, so much so I had to stop doing it. Please look into this issue and I will update my review. I loved it up until this new update.
