And we will write the following data to the Apple Fitness app: workouts, body mass and active energy. Active energy and (if available) heart rate help us to calculate burnt calories. Body mass is required to calculate resistance for bodyweight exercises more accurately. We do not read or write any other health related data. We do not share your health or workout data with third parties.
