Omapolku – health and wellbeing every day

With the Omapolku app, you can access digital paths to manage your own or
act on behalf of someone else’s health and social care matters - anytime,
anywhere. The app is secure and easy to use.

Most digital paths are available in the Omapolku mobile app. Access to a path
requires a social care service client status or a referral/care relationship with a
healthcare unit.

With this app you get:

• Access to health and social care paths (client status or referral required)
• Information and guidance in text, images, and videos
• Questionnaires, exercises, and tasks
• The possibility for non-urgent messaging with professionals

Secure and effortless use

• Strong authentication with online banking credentials or mobile
  certificate
• After the first login, sign in with a PIN code, facial recognition, or
  fingerprint
• Data and messages are visible only to professionals responsible for your
  service or for the person you are acting on behalf of.
