This app is not free. It downloads on your phone with limited functionality while it prompts to pay as soon as it is downloaded. Without stating clearly that it will start with limited functionality unless you pay for the subscription or just buy the app. This is morally wrong and should not be allowed to happen especially since this app is only a front end for the Synology NAS the user owns at their home. You will see a developer response that say something like “we are sorry you had this experience but we have to make money” which is very sneaky way of avoiding the core issue of this review. “Don’t hide the fact that this is a paid app that runs as a trial version when downloaded as free one.
