I can’t begin to express how much doing so has supported me in my eating disorder recovery. 2023-01-19	Je*****	This app is the best tool we could have helping us with my child eating disorder. Not seeing the the actual weight every time your child is stepping on the scale is a big relief, less stress and less anxiety for the child and allowing better control on a daily basis for the parent and the clinician we work with.

She is not afraid to step on the scale ( she doesn’t receive any feedback about her weight), me and her clinician get the results. We are in control of her weights thanks to My MyClearStep method and scale. Thank you for creating it, in the stressful world we are living in this is very much needed.

2023-01-16	Sh*****	The idea for this product is great, and there is obviously a niche market for it. However, I only just purchased mine and it is giving me issues. Sometimes it does not capture the weight at all. Otherwise, it asks me to recalibrate (take batteries out for 5 min and then restart). This is extremely frustrating. Especially for the price and the subscription, I am very disappointed.
The idea for this product is great, and there is obviously a niche market for it. However, I only just purchased mine and it is giving me issues. Sometimes it does not capture the weight at all.
