The True Weight Solutions app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a True Weight Solutions patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your True Weight Solutions provider. Communicate with your provider in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for True Weight Solutions patients and you can't use the app unless you're a True Weight Solutions patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. True Weight Solutions providers use an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
