Recent reviews

I would not recommend this brand! I have had this product for about six months, and I have tried everything listed in the owner’s manual to resolve the issue. Nothing has worked. I reached out to YEEDI support expecting actual help, but they just kept sending me generic responses that repeat the same troubleshooting steps already listed in the manual. Their support has not been helpful, they have not followed up properly, and they have not offered any real solution. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and much better customer service. At this point, I would 100% not recommend this product to anyone! This has been disappointing, and the support experience has made it even worse.

I’ve had my Yeedi for several years. Recently the app just timeouts when trying to connect to the robot. I can only access the start, stop and recharge options
