2026-01-02	Na*****		It’s hard to imagine building an app that would be less helpful than this one. The instructions are extremely poor. There are multiple places where the setup instructions seem to reach a dead end. They ask you to enter passwords without making it clear whether it is the password for the device or the password for your account. It’s clear that they published this app without ever testing it out with a customer. I spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out and failed. I ended up feeling so angry and frustrated that I had wished that I had chosen to generate electricity by burning tires instead of harnessing the clean energy of the sun.
