Users like the app for easy, on-the-go candidate review and basic navigation, but consistently report that the mobile experience is very limited compared with the desktop site. Common issues include missing job posting access, inconsistent data, broken docs/links, notification and messaging problems, and a lack of core ATS features (scores, checklists, templates). Overall, it feels more like a light communications tool than a full Hireology ATS on mobile.

Mobile app has very limited functionality (cannot post/edit jobs or access core ATS features).

Messaging and notification issues (delivery problems, red dot can't be cleared, history gaps).
Links to documents and onboarding materials are broken or hard to access.
App lacks essential ATS features (scoring interviews, checklists, templates) and admin/navigation is cumbersome.

Only lets you review applications nothing more. Nothing with the actual job posting. Basically a useless app.

Good process. Makes hiring and screening/interviewing a lot easier. Wish the app was a little more polished. For instance I have a red to do bubble on the app but there is nothing to do.
