Sitemate

The Sitemate App enables field workers and site visitors to create a free, secure digital ID to sign off, submit, and review forms electronically. Its contactless signoff uses each worker's unique QR code and works with any device's camera to stamp signatures and details onto toolbox talks, RAMS/SWMS, pre-starts, and other forms.

Customizable forms can be shared from Dashpivot to the Sitemate App via QR posters or one-click links, reducing paperwork and manual data entry. Sitemate integrates with Dashpivot's document automation platform, provides an automated log of submissions, and supports timesheets, JSAs, and ongoing processes—built and maintained by the Sitemate team.
