User Reviews

Overall, reviews indicate Charm mPHR's mobile experience is the primary pain point: no reliable full EHR on mobile, with the app or mobile site rendering poorly or being deprecated. Authentication and sign-up are frequently broken (OTP loops, biometrics issues, password changes not logging out). Appointment scheduling often fails, and data access (lab results, invoices, diagnoses) is inconsistent. The UI is viewed as outdated and hard to navigate, though a subset of users report that the portal is simple and useful when it works.
Pros
  • Simple, appointment- and messaging-focused experience
  • Quick access to doctor and test results
  • User-friendly portal and generally easy to use when functional
  • Some users consider Charm mPHR the best app when it works
Cons
  • Severe mobile usability issues: no reliable full EHR on mobile, deprecated app, or poor mobile rendering
  • Authentication and sign-up problems: OTP loops, biometric login issues, password changes not logging out
  • Appointment scheduling/requests failures: cannot schedule or frequently fails to process appointments
  • Data visibility issues: lab results, invoices, and diagnoses not consistently displayed to patients
  • UI/UX/navigation problems: clunky, outdated interface, pages failing to render, blank pages, and hard navigation

So do we not test apps after we make them or is this just vibecoded? I wonder how secure my health information is on an app that cant even test everything before release email otp cant be used because its not an app just a browser that closes when you try to open gmail…. Please go back to making roblox games or maybe scratch coding would be easiest

Subject: Mobile EHR is currently unusable for providers Message: I run a medical practice and rely on mobile access. The current mobile experience is not functional: • The original Charm EHR app appears deprecated with no replacement • The browser version on iPhone does not render correctly (missing panels, scaling issues, unusable navigation) • Splitting functionality into multiple apps (scheduler, etc.) does not replace full EHR access Right now, it is not possible to reliably chart or manage patients from a phone. This is a major workflow issue for clinicians running modern or concierge practices. Request: • A fully functional mobile EHR app OR • A properly mobile-optimized browser experience I would strongly encourage prioritizing this—mobile usability is currently a limiting factor in continuing to use Charm.
