Quiero presentar una queja sobre la transmisión de la Premier League. Tengo una suscripción a Peacock principalmente para poder ver los partidos de la Premier League. Sin embargo, hoy, durante el partido Arsenal vs. Chelsea, el partido no estuvo disponible para verlo en Peacock y tuve que buscar otra plataforma/canal para poder verlo. Me parece muy decepcionante pagar una suscripción por un servicio que anuncia la Premier League y descubrir que determinados partidos no están disponibles en la plataforma. Entiendo que existen acuerdos de transmisión, pero considero que deberían informar claramente, antes de contratar o renovar, qué partidos de la Premier League estarán realmente disponibles en Peacock. Solicito una explicación clara de por qué este partido no estuvo disponible en Peacock y qué opciones tiene un suscriptor para poder ver todos los partidos de la Premier League sin tener que pagar servicios adicionales. Como cliente, considero que esto afecta directamente el valor de mi suscripción.
