Manoa is a Chrome extension that acts as a digital coach to help you monitor blood pressure, document readings per guidelines, and receive personal recommendations. It offers interactive coaching, reminders to measure and take medications, and the ability to export diaries and charts as a PDF. Developed with medical professionals and certified by the German Hypertension League, Manoa supports collaboration with your doctor by generating reliable data and sharing reports. It includes nutrition, exercise and relaxation goals, a blood glucose diary, a sleep diary, and engaging quizzes to learn about blood pressure and health.
