Sanitas Coach is a medical app that helps you control your blood pressure and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It acts as a digital coach with the Liva chatbot to guide measurements, provide personalized recommendations, and track progress toward nutrition, exercise, and relaxation goals. Developed in collaboration with doctors from Hannover Medical School, the app follows hypertension guidelines and enables sharing reliable data with your doctor via printable PDFs.

Key features include BP diary and export, medication adherence feedback, blood sugar and sleep diaries, a personal health plan, and Apple Health integration. The app also offers quizzes and knowledge lessons. Access requires registering with your Sanitas Health Insurance number and date of birth.
