Simple Migraine Tracker

Simply Log and Track Headaches

Features & Capabilities

Smarter migraine tracking with detailed reports, trends, and personalized insights.

Track migraines instantly with one simple tap.

Used by thousands of migraine sufferers to quickly track attacks and identify triggers.

Simple Migraine Tracker is a migraine diary designed for one reason: simplicity.

Most migraine trackers require you to answer dozens of questions when you're already in pain. Simple Migraine Tracker automatically records the important details so you don't have to.

When a migraine hits, all you need to do is tap once.

Your phone already collects valuable data like weather, location, activity, and time of day. Simple Migraine Tracker uses this information to automatically build a powerful migraine log that helps you understand patterns and triggers.

With one tap, Simple Migraine Tracker automatically:

• Records the exact time of your migraine attack • Tracks patterns by time of day, day of week, and month • Records weather conditions including temperature and barometric pressure • Helps identify possible migraine triggers and patterns • Logs location to help identify environmental factors • Tracks fitness and activity levels to help understand stress • Syncs your migraine diary across all your devices

Simple Migraine Tracker integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit) to analyze activity, heart rate, and other biometric signals that may correlate with migraine attacks.

Your privacy is our priority. Your data stays private and is never shared.

I just erased my data and deleted this app. They presented it as a completely private app less than a year ago. Then they switched it so the privacy practices are among the most invasive out there. These companies have no shame . OLDER This was a great app. It is currently awful. The developers lost their vision for the app and is trying to compete with other migraine apps that are full of invasive and fiddle bells, whistles, accounts, etc. I will abandon this as soon as I have the time to find another. What a buggy, buggy mess this has become—it went from a helpful tool to just one more headache in my life. OLD I love that this is simple so that when you have a migraine you can just tap it and be done. You can always go in later to edit or add details, but this app respects the pain and time involved in migraine care. I am way too busy for another app full of bells and whistles. I also purchased this because it is not linked to all kinds of data permissions, which is why I freaked out when I thought it was suddenly forcing them. (I was wrong.) Regarding the “OLD” message: It turns out it is not forcing us to share health data permissions. The pop-up messaging was unclear and made it seem impossible to access the data without saying yes to this. I was able to “agree” without actually sharing the data, but the message is misleading. OLD Suddenly, I cannot access my data after a year of using this app faithfully. I need the data for my accommodations. NO WARNING, NOT NOTICE, Just and update that suddenly requires private health data and a logged in account. I was happy with the app, but now I am furious. Never again will I trust this company. And I was relying on it to fill out my paperwork. Now, I am empty handed.

I’ve tried a few migraine apps and this is the first one I’ve stuck with. It’s easy to log attacks even when I’m not feeling great, and the history actually helps me see patterns.

I don’t know how long I’ve been using this app, but it’s been years. And there have been ups and downs with it, but each time an issue arises (which is infrequent), the creators are quick to respond and accommodate my needs. The initial reason I moved over to this app was that it is simple and fast to record. Other apps from migraine study labs have you answer 45 questions before they determine whether you have a migraine. Two issues with that, the 1st being that when you have a migraine, the last thing you want to do is stare at a screen for 10 minutes. Secondly, I am sure that anyone who has had a migraine pretty much knows when they have one. The genius of this app is that you open it, hit the tracker and you’re done. Then you can go back in after you’ve recovered and add whatever notes you’d like. They recently upgraded the app and I was upset that some of the features I think are necessary were no longer there, which was upsetting because I just love the quick, easy, migraine-friendly logging feature. When I complained, they responded immediately and fixed the issue - so quickly that I was able to give my neurologist the information he usually asks for. All without missing a beat. With the upgrade, I was having a hard time with some of the other features I use quite frequently, but after contacting them, their answer arrived very quickly and satisfactorily. What I’ve learned from this last interaction with the app creators is that they are very responsive and work quickly and efficiently to accommodate your needs in regard to the app. I am very happy with the app and with the creators and definitely recommend it. It is well worth every penny.
