eMoods Wellness Tracker

I paid for the advanced features in March, but I still don’t have access to them. I’ve emailed twice since with no response. The features initially worked but when I deleted and reinstalled the app, I lost access. I just want access but there’s no communication from the developer to remedy the issue.

I found this app through eMoods. I realized eMoods wasn’t for me as much since my issues are ADHD, depression, and anxiety. However, I’m glad I found this app! I feel like it has the perfect trackers for behaviors that impact my mood and anxiety. I stopped using it for a bit but started recently when I realized I’ve become very dysfunctional, distracted, and depresssed. And I’ve been able to now see when I’m anxious. I like if asks if I’ve been on social media and had new exposures because these two things affect my anxiety. You can add your medication and I like being to see how often I take my medication. I can see on the graphs over time how my medication, behaviors, and mood are impacted. This is one of my favorite mental health apps!
