I’ve used this App for well over a year in the USA and it’s been really useful to get 2 step notification SMS so I can keep using UK banking apps. That said, it’s really annoying that message notifications don’t show up unless I open the App. I’ve double checked and made sure that I have every notification option for the app turned on, but still don’t get anything.

Overall very good app. Just wish you could send photos over the app and that the dial pad had letters on it since it makes entering passwords easier.

Had a very positive experience communicating with customer support in porting my mobile number to the app. Whole the porting process is not available through the app, email communications were very swift and great in providing guidance.
