I’m a long time customer that found this service to be good but then the people in charge of the app just kept increasing the price without any reason and no new features or whatever That’s very annoying and also a fraudulent act and also extortion of unsuspecting customers Every month the price increases so annoying

I’ve contacted support about this with no response. I’m from the USA sending texts to others in the USA. Per txt message I am charged a random amount, up to what seems to be $0.25 per text message at times. It is absolutely ridiculous. The app will also delete text messages before you send it, and does not support texting images. I’ll be pulling my number out of here if at all possible.
