Jellystone Park Camp Resorts

We love going to Jellystone. However, the app functions about as well as if my kids made it. The office pushes us to use the app. The app has a list of activities. The descriptions are vague and worse, they’re incorrect. They do not reflect what the campground has planed. To know that, you have to go to the rec hall to get a list of activities. You still can’t get a printout. The best you can do is take a picture. We called the number listed on the app because we wanted to know if Lasertag was cancelled during a thunderstorm. The phone number listed on the app is out of service. And, the app, while I see lightning and hear thunder, says the event is still in 15 minutes. Either drastically improve the app or provide guests paper options. In the world of AI, it’s inexcusable to have an app that functions this poorly.

They are making improvements on the App. These parks are obviously great. I’ve been going to them since I was a kid. So it’s a joy to bring my own kids. Please make the map function in each of the parks capable of zooming in and out. I want to be able to click on the map, then zoom in to the different sites, places, or recreational areas. I feel this is a no brainer. I had to screen shot my phone and view in photos to be able to do that. Seems unnecessary.

Jellystone memories for my family started in 1986/87 with my children & other family members. This year was my 8th time with my grandchildren. The traditions and memories are priceless!
