2023-06-18	Bd*****	Easy to use but I don’t understand how it calculates some of the numbers. I normally use rent to determine managment say $1,200 annual on a $1,000 monthly rental but but it says $1,080? Makes no sense when I told it to do 10%. I don’t know what it’s trying to find.

2022-05-30	Bi*****	Love the app for doing a quick rundown to see what the potential is on places. Not cluttered up with to much information, covers the bases and keeps it clean. One feature that would be nice is if utilities where a monthly expense cause you have to figure that up before entering if but other then that it’s fantastic!
