ONBOARD METRIC PROCESSING Metrics are calculated and processed on the Apex device and transferred to the Sonra Watch App via Bluetooth, ensuring accurate live data and no data loss when players go out of range.

PACEMAKER Pacemaker Steady State mode monitors the current speed of an individual during work periods of custom workouts so that the athlete remains on pace within set custom high and low % limits of their target pace. Coaches can input their desired workout options through custom work and rest periods and number reps and sets.

This app uses Apple HealthKit API in order to be able to communicate with the APEX device over Bluetooth while the app is running in the background. This continuous communication with the APEX device will allow the app to continue receiving realtime and up to date data to display on the app's user interface.
