I would not recommend purchasing any policy through this insurance company. On paper, the coverage may look legitimate, but the actual customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone waiting for assistance and nobody answered. In addition to that, I’ve had major difficulties accessing my insurance ID card and even making payments online through the app. An insurance company should provide reliable support when customers need help, but unfortunately that has not been my experience at all. At this point, it feels like the policy is only useful to show proof of insurance, but when it comes to accessibility and customer support, the service is simply not worth it. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company, because these kinds of issues can create serious problems later on.
