Would be much helpful if we got a quicker response to our questions . Sometimes I’m waiting on a week for a response or worst having to reach back out due to no response. Other than that the app is a great tool to be in touch with doctors and lab results.

The ability to schedule an appointment is not adequate. I love my endo but i hate the phone and my chart for scheduling directly with dr. For people who were not born with cell phones in their hands - these systems are frustrating and very impersonal. I almost left doctor only because of the issues with reaching a human.
