Pros

Intuitive and easy to use.
When it works, it provides an acceptable method of controlling climate.

Cons

Frequent login and password-reset failures (can't reset password, sign-in interruptions).
Air conditioners can't connect to the cloud / cloud connectivity issues.
App instability and crashes, including sign-in/out problems.
Little or poor customer support.
No Apple HomeKit support.

Recent reviews

I just installed the app on my phone hopping that I will have full control over the AC unit and access to extended features. I am but disappointed because it gave me access to very basic features like Cool/Heat mode, temperature control and Timer. Other thing I noticed is that the remote control did not sync with the current AC setting. Which means that mode set on the mobile app is not in sync with the mode on the remote control.

The only way I can get it to work, was to allow access to all other devices and users on the network. Once I got set up, it was OK but it took a couple of hours.
