Boundary Plus Smart™ System

Four weeks after completing our final training, I’m extremely disappointed. The biggest issue is that you can’t make even basic adjustments to your own system. Every change requires a dealer visit, and getting an appointment takes one to two weeks. That’s unacceptable when you’re relying on this system to keep your dogs safe. Our dogs have escaped three separate times in different areas of the yard. Even worse, when they do get out, the app doesn’t notify us for 5 to 10 minutes, which defeats the purpose of having a connected system. We’ve also had issues where only one collar would communicate properly, the system wouldn’t stop alarming, and there was no way to reset it through the app. To make matters worse, our technician accidentally switched our dogs’ collars during installation, and the app doesn’t make it obvious which collar belongs to which dog. That should be a basic feature. The app itself is almost useless. It provides very little control, very little troubleshooting capability, and leaves you waiting on a dealer for nearly everything. So far, this has been a complete waste of money. The product was sold as a modern, smart containment system, but the experience has been the opposite. Too much was promised, and very little has been delivered.

The most recent update doesn’t work. It asked for an authorization code and then sends you right back to asking for another authorization code.
