It is honestly better to use a compass and azimuth than this app. It drops pins in the middle of highways. There are multiple stops that drop you off without walking options from them.

Got on the bus & couldn’t use or pay for a pass because the app is frozen! Another person boarded the bus & here is frozen as well. Please fix asap, people need to travel.

The app is very buggy and does not feel native on iOS. It shows my pass as inactive when it’s active, shows an annoying notification at the top that is not relevant, it asks me to top up when I have a monthly pass, and doesn’t allow we me to add my pass to Apple wallet. Please add Apple wallet support so I don’t have to go into the app!
