The app never shows upcoming bus schedules. i.e. This past Sunday 9/6, no times were displayed, as is often the case.

Customer "support" wouldn't even answer my simple questions, just said "we don't have your money man" over and over and then hung up on me. I'd live to travel the city and buy stuff and support the local economy but you have angry appholes working there who won't help me!
