Another great FULL BODY workout! I love PoolFit-if you are on the fence about downloading and trying PoolFit-Do It! Water fitness is an awesome way to get a serious workout with low joint impact. There are tons of workouts to choose from, even yoga and Pilates! Like to dance? They have that too!

I recently got swimmers shoulder so this fun app has been great to work out with since I can’t do freestyle for awhile! I have a little current pool ( swimex) and there are tons of shallow work outs that are perfect for my space
