IminCloud

IminCloud encrypts and stores memos and website account information, and syncs them across Apple devices signed in with the same account.

◦ Security

• All data is encrypted on the device with AES-256 before it is stored.
• The encryption key is set by the user and kept in the Apple keychain. The server does not know this key, so it cannot open the stored content.
• The encryption key can be backed up as an encrypted code. If the device is lost or the app is reinstalled, the data is recovered with this code.
• The app can be locked with Face ID and Touch ID.
• The account and the data stored on the server can be deleted completely from within the app.

◦ Sync

• When the same account is signed in and the same encryption key is used, the same data is available on devices running iOS 15 or later or iPadOS 15 or later.

◦ Website Account Management

• Stores an ID and a password.
• The password is hidden by default and can be shown when needed.
• For a service the user has registered, whether it is a subscription (automatic renewal) and its renewal date can be recorded. The renewal cycle is chosen from Monthly or Every year.
• A notification can be received on the recorded renewal date. It is chosen from On the day, 1 day before, 2 days before, 3 days before, or 1 week before, and the time to receive it is set.
• Whether the memo title is shown in the notification can be selected.

◦ Secret Memo

• Text memos are encrypted and stored.

◦ Group

• Memos and account info can be sorted into groups.
• A color tag can be assigned to each group, and this color is also applied to the items in that group.

◦ Recycle Bin

• Deleted memos and account info move to the Recycle Bin.
• Items in the Recycle Bin are kept for 30 days, and during that period they can be restored to their state before deletion.
• They can also be permanently deleted immediately.
