I worked with Air Garage for a year. The job itself is just so sketchy and weird. Although it was fast pay and flexible. I can’t complain about that. Unfortunately, I have to give this bad review for 2 reasons. Number 1, they fired me saying I went against their violations, when I was doing every single thing correctly and they didn’t tell me what exactly I “violated.” This was from the bot, whom they call “Kelly”, and it’s who you’re in communication with by text on the job. This action was so uncalled for. Number 2, let’s talk about the weirdness and disorganized mess of the job itself. You can’t call their number and nobody will respond from their email. Basically, you have no contact with any human being whatsoever. It’s no wonder there are so many 1 star complaints from people. Not to mention, their actions of purposely screwing people over for a living show. It never made sense to me that I was prompted to leave tickets, even though people already paid. So they pay for the $30 for the day and then come back to find an $88 ticket? That’s how you know the company is greedy. Also, it was always annoying when I would show up to scan the lots, but I didn’t know someone else was just there and the scans were ineligible. So there’s no way of ever knowing if another enforcer is there or not. You can scan the lots a few times in a day, but you have to wait 2 hours in between each shift. Which is kinda ridiculous. If you’re considering working with Air Garage, I would just be careful. You’ll enjoy the fast pay and flexibility, but the whole communication system with texting a bot the whole time is just so weird. You’ll never know what the bot will do either. I don’t know. I think the business itself needs to be shut down. The way it’s ran is so ghetto.
