SafeLINC securely connects Johnson Controls Fire Alarm Control Units to a cloud-based infrastructure, giving you convenient access from a mobile app or any web browser. Monitor the status and events of all connected units—Fire Alarm, Priority 2, Supervisory, and Trouble conditions—plus receive real-time, configurable push notifications for system events. You can also review historical Fire Alarm events with filter options to support investigations and compliance.

For safety and compliance, core control functions such as Acknowledge, Silence, and Reset are not exposed in SafeLINC. The extension focuses on secure visibility and alerts, helping teams quickly respond while maintaining regulatory requirements. Access is available on mobile and web, backed by a secure cloud architecture designed for reliability and data protection.
