The Brampton 311 app provides quick and easy access to non-emergency municipal government information, programs and services provided by the City of Brampton, Ontario. Search for information, submit a service request, get updates and track your requests.

The requests are automatically uploaded to the City’s 311 system and are assigned to the appropriate departments for resolution. Citizens can follow the status of their requests by using the unique reference number provided for each case.
