User reviews consistently report stability and usability problems with RVA311 on iOS: the app crashes or won’t load, appears unmaintained and incompatible with newer iOS versions, and blocks users from signing in or creating accounts. Even when tickets are submitted, they are often not acted on, ending up stuck in a transfer/complete status. The overall impression is a non-functional, abandoned app with little reliability for reporting city services.

Recent reviews

Tries to order replacement trash can, stuck on the screen of “placing pin on the map” and the address lookup does not work, no workarounds either. The app is garbage!
