User reviews consistently report stability and usability problems with RVA311 on iOS: the app crashes or won’t load, appears unmaintained and incompatible with newer iOS versions, and blocks users from signing in or creating accounts. First request I tried after hold for 15 minutes was not available. To make a request pictures are shown??? I have no idea what this means. Picture are not logical. What city service does an umbrella represent. Another big fail.
