Recent reviews

Support is horrible at providing accurate and timely communication. There’s numerous grammatical errors and contradictions throughout the app as well. 9 times out of 10 my pay was delayed past when was promised. I also was terminated due to a misunderstanding about points. When I inquired about the appeal process they already said it was denied even though I hadn’t sent in my appeal yet. When I did send it, they denied it and told me never to contact them again. I understand not accepting the appeal, but using that type of tone when I never did, took me off guard. I would be hesitant to use Tandem whether you’re an employee or employer.
