The app has five heart rate zones:

PERSONALIZED ZONE THRESHOLDS Everyone has a different resting and maximum heart rate. Based on your heart rate data over time, we'll give you detailed insights into how hard your heart is working during every workout. With adaptive heart rate functionality and personalized zone thresholds, you’ll always be challenged to keep pushing & improving.

This app is awesome. It excels at giving vision into what stages your BPM goes through during cardio workouts. Really clean way to make sure you hold effort in peak BPM zones.

Great App, i love it, very motivating. No more coasting for me, this app makes me push my self a lot harder to get my splat points ! My wife goes to OTF, and i wanted something similar to OTC, but without having to pay $100+ per month + heart monitor. This app works great with my Apple Watch. So u wont have to buy a heart monitor. (But u may have to buy a smart watch that measures your heart rate). Luckily, i already owned a Apple Watch ! Give it a shot !
