Recent reviews

I have had the ultra human ring now for a little over a year and when it works it’s great. But it works about 50% of the time on a good day. Customer service is just a bot who will give you no answers, they spew out the same response no matter what I say or ask. It is impossible to get a hold of a real person with customer service I’ve been trying for weeks. Started with ultra human becuase it was a little cheaper and had no monthly fee but I now Plan to switch to the oura ring as at least it works majority of the time and they have actual customer service.

I’ve tried to get help with a refund for over a month now and nothing! It’s all bots and no rep actually gets back to you. It’s beyond frustrating! This is my 4th replacement ring and all have stopped working. It’s ridiculous!!! Please steer clear of this product!!
