When you download this app, it says “free trial” but it instantly charges you $8.99 telling you it’s on sale from $52.99 and when you try to cancel it, there is no option to cancel it. There’s a box to send a message which you can’t see because it’s covered by the button to send a request email. When I couldn’t see the message box, I had to use speak to text to write my request email and they didn’t help me,they told me to go in app to cancel subscription. There is no manage subscriptions in the app or on my iPhone. I told them this and they have not responded and told me they won’t refund me because I signed up for it. I only wanted to check it out if it was free, see how it compared to my 360 app. Well it’s terrible.Do not get this app! It is awful.
