Zero stars — extremely disappointing product. The person’s location has not updated for several days. The location radius is so large that it is impossible to see any meaningful changes or know where the person actually is. I bought this to have peace of mind and make sure my elderly mother is okay, but it has been completely unreliable. I am very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.
