Resetting my password and turning off my faceid. What is the point of this app if you keep locking me out? My devices are updated with the latest software. Feb 24, 2026 What a pointless app! Agent on the phone says to send a message for requests and the app will time out and log you out so your message is lost and doesn’t get sent. I tried 3 times.
