I already made a payment with my bank account and now I have to enter it again. I feel like these are ploys to accept payments later and increase the interest owed.

Please make payment options available so I can make payments toward my monthly payment amount. It is crazy that I can’t make 2 bi-weekly payments, or 1 monthly payment! Why do I have to choose and stick with that? Most other banks and credit unions let you make that choice, but you don’t. Do better by Veterans.
