I have tried all the recommendations in the reviews and no luck, stuck on a not connected to WiFi error so I can’t even get into the app to see how the camera works… this was a Christmas gift so I can’t even return it.

Experienced the issues others have had. But figured out you have insulate the WiFi signal. So put you device in airplane mode. My works great now. Why the developer doesn’t monitor his own fing app to provide solutions is crazy. But you’re welcome.
