The app is extremely easy to use. There is some system errors where you can’t select the exact issue you’re having so you just need to select whatever they have and then put it in the comments. However, I’m really pleased with how I’m able to do maintenance request through my phone.

Good way to submit requests. The categories are too confining, but overall it’s helpful to have the app option. It’s just dark and difficult to read. Can it be lightened up and he don’t made bigger? It seems there’s a lot of empty space anyway—might as well use it with bigger, easier to read font.
