I used Melissa Wood Health consistently for nearly 9 years and genuinely benefited from the workouts for a long time. However, I eventually became disappointed by what felt like a major disconnect between the brand’s public messaging around authenticity, healing, and community and my direct experience behind the scenes. Wellness brands ask people to place emotional trust in them, not just financial trust. In my experience, the community aspect felt far more curated and performative than genuine, and it changed how I viewed the platform entirely.
