Sports Medicine app to deliver a training program to patients of SSC.

• The Patient completes the course independently of SSC appointments.
• They have an option to view the list of exercise and video playback.
• The Patient has an option to comment on the session, how they got on thumbs up, down, meh.. or a similar.
• The patient can also note - The weight lifted. - Duration planned versus the actual time taken. - Reps suggested by Physio, versus actual complete.
• The patient has the ability to move the session to a different day and can change the order of exercises in a session.
