SSC Fitness Center App is a comprehensive fitness platform for members. It lets you view class schedules and opening hours, track daily activities and body metrics, and explore 2000+ exercises with clear 3D demonstrations. The app includes preset workouts and the option to create your own, plus over 150 badges to stay motivated.

You can select workouts online and sync them with your device to train at home or in the gym while monitoring progress. It can sync with Apple Health so workouts logged in Health automatically feed your Activity Calendar. Note: you need an SSC Fitness Center App account to access this app.
