My tickets are not uploading.

This app has always been glitchy, but since the last update, when I hit the login button the app shuts down, making it unusable. Luckily the website allows you to login and pull the tickets to your phone. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I haven’t been able to update my tickets information since December 2023. It says my app is up to date, but nothing is updating. I just get an error saying “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I don’t know how to access my tickets for the upcoming season, & I can’t even find a help link on the app!
