Incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Just wasted 30 mins trying to retrieve tickets.

This app just does not work consistently. I have had to change my password so many times. This time after several tries at logging in, I tried forgot my password. Then it wouldn’t recognize my email. And yes, I reviewed it to make sure there was no typo. Finally I decided to go online. I got in easily online and was able to download my tickets. I am so over this app.
